Lindberg Hill rises above the open high plains of eastern Montana, marking a landscape defined by significant elevation changes and seasonal drainage systems. The terrain is deeply incised by Elm Coulee and various creek beds, including Shadwell Cr in the north and Deadman Cr to the southeast. These geographical features dictate the path of rural infrastructure, such as Mt-261, which snakes through the central corridor between the hills.
