Wasatch National Forest dominates the southern half of this landscape, where the high elevations of Table Mountain and Hickey Mountain rise above a complex network of drainages. The northern portion of the quadrangle shows a more accessible terrain, marked by a remote Landing Strip and numerous natural water sources including Big Spring and Whiskey Spring. Along the southern border, the Utah State Line cuts across the valley floor just south of Henrys Fork, where a Gaging Sta monitored the river's flow.

Water distribution defines the region's character, with Honey Creek and Cottonwood Creek carving paths through the mountain slopes. The presence of multiple Jeep Trails suggests a landscape utilized for forest management and backcountry access during the early 1960s. This survey, updated with revisions from 1976 aerial photography, provides a clear view of the high-country hydrology and the transition from the forested peaks to the open drainage basins of the Wyoming-Utah border.
