The Sawteeth and the surrounding high-country terrain of the Lewis and Clark and Cascade county line are the focal points of this 2014 survey. The landscape is defined by a series of prominent peaks and geological formations, including the dramatic Devils Kitchen and Twin Sisters in the northern reaches, while Baldy stands watch to the south. This area is heavily dissected by the Stickney Creek drainage system, with the North Fork, South Fork, and Little Stickney Creek carving deep through the mountains.
