About this map

Crowley Lake dominates the southwestern corner of this survey, with its shoreline marked at a normal water level of 2062 feet. Located in the Long Valley region of Mono County, the map details the infrastructure supporting the high-altitude landscape, including the North Landing settlement and the Benton Crossing Road. The eastern portion of the quadrangle rises sharply into the Inyo National Forest, where the terrain is carved by Wilfred Canyon and Watterson Canyon, extending toward the prominent Glass Mtn Ridge.
