Biddle sits on the eastern edge of this landscape in Powder River County, serving as a central point in an area defined by its intricate drainage systems. The terrain is carved by the namesake Wild Bill Creek, which flows centrally through the township lines of T8S and T9S. Local travel and ranch access are dictated by the paths of Butte Creek Rd and Bowers Creek Rd, which follow the natural contours between the creek valleys. A network of watercourses including North Fork Bowers Creek, Little Bowers Creek, and Badger Creek creates a dissected topography typical of the high plains near the Wyoming border. This 2024 survey documents the modern rural infrastructure, showing how Mader-Allen Rd and secondary routes connect the scattered homesteads and topographical features like Coal Gulch.
