Brigham City and the neighboring settlements of Perry and Willard are positioned between the high peaks of the Wasatch Range and the expansive wetlands bordering the Great Salt Lake. This geography creates a distinct corridor where orchards and residential streets meet the steep drainage canyons of the mountains, such as Willard Canyon and Perry Canyon. The western half of the map is dominated by the aquatic environments of the Willard Bay Reservoir and the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, separated from the towns by the Reeder Overflow and the Black Slough.
