Seep Ridge Rd cuts a prominent north-south path through this portion of Uintah County, Utah, providing a lifeline through a landscape defined by deep drainage networks and arid washes. The complex hydrology of the region is centered on the confluence of the West Fork, East Fork, and main stem of Cottonwood Wash. Further south, the terrain descends into the broad basin of Agency Draw, where the topography becomes increasingly intricate near the banks of Willow Cr.
