The Raft River Valley defines this agricultural and ranching landscape in southern Cassia County. Meandering northward through the center of the sheet, the Raft River is joined by its tributary Clear Creek, supporting the small settlements of Bridge and Keogh. The topography is marked by a series of north-south running ridges and canyons that descend into the valley floor, creating a rhythmic pattern of drainage and elevation.
