2023 Map of Claryville

USGS Topo · Published 2023

About this map

Claryville sits at the confluence where the West Branch Neversink River and East Branch Neversink River join to form the main stem of the Neversink River. This remote section of the Catskills is defined by high peaks and narrow hollows, straddling the border of Ulster and Sullivan counties. Significant engineering for New York City's water supply is visible underground through the paths of the West Delaware Aqueduct and East Delaware Aqueduct, which tunnel through the deep bedrock beneath the mountains.
