The Canadian River cuts through the northeastern corner of this landscape, marking the boundary between Canadian and Grady counties. This central Oklahoma terrain is defined by a dense network of water management sites and creek drainages, including the Cow Creek Site 33 Reservoir and the Ionine Cr Site 101 Reservoir. These man-made features support the agricultural character of the region, situated between the communities of Union City and Minco.
