White Cliffs dominate this high-desert landscape in Kane County, where the erosion of the Colorado Plateau has carved a complex network of canyons and ridges. The Paria River cuts through the eastern portion of the sheet, joined by Snake Creek as it winds southward toward the Kitchen Canyon area. This 2010 survey highlights a remote and sparsely settled region where human presence is primarily marked by ranching infrastructure and local names.
