Gannet Hills and the winding State Line define this high-altitude landscape along the border of Idaho and Wyoming. Managed primarily within the Caribou National Forest and Bridger National Forest, the terrain is marked by a complex system of drainage and ridges, including the prominent Rock Creek Ridge and the Gannet Ridge. These heights separate numerous named drainages such as Spring Cr, Pine Creek, and a sequence of numbered tributaries from First Cr down to Sixth Cr.
