The Emigrant Trl cuts through the high desert landscape of Southwestern Wyoming, following a path across the divide between Lincoln Co and Uinta Co. This corridor of movement is defined by several intermittent drainages, including Little Muddy Cr, Ryckman Cr, and Hill Cr, which carve through the undulating topography north of the Cumberland Flats.
