Gilkey Glacier and the expansive Vaughn Lewis Glacier dominate this high-altitude landscape along the international boundary where the Alaska Juneau Borough meets British Columbia. This section of the Tongass National Forest is defined by massive ice fields and sharp topographic relief, including the prominent Mt Ogilvie and the peaks of the Storm Range to the north.
