Keuterville serves as the primary settlement hub for this agricultural and timbered portion of the Camas Prairie. The landscape is defined by the prominent Cottonwood Butte and the surrounding high ground of Icicle Flat, where a network of rural roads such as Reservation Rd and Keuterville Rd connect isolated farmsteads and ranching operations. The area is deeply dissected by numerous drainage systems, including Cottonwood Creek, Grave Creek, and Telcher Creek, which reveal the complex topography of this Idaho plateau.
