McGee Creek and its southern drainage into the upper reaches of a large unnamed reservoir dominate this portion of Pushmataha County. The landscape is defined by a dense network of waterways and complex terrain, including steep drainages such as Wildcat Canyon and Bugaboo Canyon. Smaller tributaries like Little Bugaboo Creek and Bog Spring Branch feed into the central basin, while the northern area is marked by numerous named depressions including Whisky Hollow and Ray Hollow.
