Mayberry Spring and other vital water sources define this high-desert landscape in northwestern Colorado. This 2019 survey documents a sparsely populated region of Moffat County where the land is organized by an extensive network of county roads and section lines. Natural drainage is carved into the terrain by Greasewood Gulch in the west and Bighole Gulch to the east, illustrating the arid hydrology of the area.
