Wrangell-Saint Elias National Park and the adjacent Wrangell-Saint Elias National Preserve dominate this high-latitude terrain, where alpine peaks and deeply carved gulches define the drainage patterns of the Chititu Cr watershed. The most significant transport corridor is the Chititu Route, a trail system winding through the center of the map toward the May Creek Airport in the west.
