The town of Lakeview occupies a central role on this high-plains landscape at the border of Donley and Hall counties. Established along a grid of residential streets including Lewis St, Davenport St, and Shoe Bar St, the settlement features a local Po and the nearby Lakeview Cem. The surrounding terrain is defined by the headwaters and drainages of Oaks Cr and Spring Creek, which cut through the level topography typical of the Texas Panhandle.
