Noatak National Preserve encompasses the majority of this landscape in Alaska's North Slope, where the drainage systems of the western Arctic unfold. The Nimiuktuk River flows southward through the western portion of the quadrangle, joined by tributaries such as Klim Cr and Ignisirok Cr.
