Montfort serves as a central hub in this Wisconsin agricultural landscape, situated at the intersection of Us-18 and Wi-80. The terrain is defined by a dense network of coulees and creeks, where headwaters such as Bronson Cr and Badger Hollow Cr flow northward toward the Blue River, while the southern drainage feeds the Platte River and Little Platte River. To the south, the village of Livingston anchors the map near the border of Grant and Iowa counties.
