Redline Church and its neighboring Redline Cem stand as a quiet social and spiritual center for the rural families of northeastern Trego County. The landscape is defined by the section-line grid of the Public Land Survey System, with roads such as 350th Ave and Co RD 406 providing access to the isolated homesteads and township cemeteries of the High Plains. To the west, the Morlan Township Cem reflects the early settlement history of Morlan Township. The southern edge of the quadrangle is marked by the winding course of the Saline River, where the terrain transitions into the breaks and drainages typical of the Kansas river valley system. This 2018 survey illustrates a modern agricultural landscape that remains anchored by the same landmarks and property boundaries established by 19th-century pioneers.
