Rib Lake serves as the focal point of this northern Wisconsin landscape, where the village is established along the western shore of the namesake water body. The surrounding terrain is defined by a dense network of glacial features, including kettle lakes such as North Harper Lake, Kennedy Lake, and Saint Clair Lake. These wetlands and water bodies feed numerous small waterways like Sheep Ranch Cr and Silvernagel Cr, eventually joining the Big Rib River as it flows southward.
