The settlement of White Kitchen and the nearby Ridge Memorial Ch stand along the junction of Highway 90 and 190, overlooking a complex network of island terrain. This environment is defined by the convergence of the Pearl River and the West Pearl River as they break into numerous bayous and passes before reaching Lake Borgne.
