Sonyakay Ridge and the Wukuklook highlands dominate this coastal portion of the Tongass National Forest along the eastern edge of Chichagof Island. The landscape is defined by the steep transition from timbered ridges down to the Gulf of Alaska, with the shoreline marked by prominent features such as Flints Point and the sweep of Wukuklook Beach.
