Two Ocean Lake and Emma Matilda Lake anchor this 2015 survey of the northern Teton wilderness, where the Grand Teton National Park boundary meets the Teton National Forest. The landscape is defined by a complex network of glacial ponds and drainage creeks, including the winding Pilgrim Creek and its many tributaries like East Fork Pilgrim Creek. High points such as Grand View Point and Pilgrim Mountain offer clear vantage points over the surrounding wetlands and timber.
