The East Fork Glover River winds through the heart of the Ouachita Mountains in McCurtain County, Oklahoma, defining a landscape of deep valleys and prominent ridges. This terrain is anchored by the elevations of White Rock Mountain, Spring Mountain, and the Boktuklo Mountains, which dominate the northern and central portions of the quadrangle. The drainage pattern is complex, with numerous tributaries such as Coon Creek and Boktuklo Creek feeding the primary river systems.
