Water resources are abundant throughout the quadrangle, sourced from Jack Spring, Dog River Springs, and Senecal Spring. These feed numerous creeks such as Fifteenmile Creek and the East Fork Hood River. The boundary between Hood River Co and Wasco Co runs through the southeastern portion, passing near Grasshopper Point and Echo Point, highlighting the high ridges that separate these central Oregon territories.
