Noatak National Preserve encompasses the entirety of this Arctic landscape, defined by the winding course of the Noatak River as it moves through the southern half of the quadrangle. The terrain is characterized by a series of high ridges and drainage basins, where water is channeled through tributaries such as Sisiak Cr in the northwest and Isaaktuik Cr to the east.
