About this map

Snake Cr defines the central valley of this landscape, winding through a series of crossroads hamlets including Brookdale, Stanfordville, and Franklin Forks. The terrain is characterized by a high concentration of small lakes and ponds, such as Mingo Lake, Oteyokwa Lake, and Lake Roy, many of which are tucked into the uplands between the creek valleys. Near the southern edge, Salt Springs and Fall Brook mark a distinct local drainage, while the northeastern corner is dominated by a bend in the Susquehanna River as it passes near Lovers Ln.
