2013 Map of New Albany

USGS Topo · Published 2013

About this map

The Ohio River serves as the dominant geographic feature of this area, separating the urban centers of Louisville and Portland in Kentucky from the residential developments and steep knobs of Indiana. These two states are physically linked by the massive spans of the Sherman Minton Bridge and the George Rogers Clark Memorial Bridge. North of the river, the landscape transitions from the dense street grids of Blackiston Village and Graysville toward the prominent terrain features of Floyds Knobs and Spickert Knob.
