Pricedale and the surrounding rural communities of southern Mississippi are defined by a network of family-named cemeteries and the winding courses of the Bogue Chitto and Topisaw Creek. This 2024 survey documents a landscape where agricultural heritage and genealogy are deeply intertwined, visible through the numerous burial grounds such as McDavid Cem, McCullough Cem, and Kaigler Cem. The area south of the Lincoln County line is characterized by small settlements like Topisaw and public spaces like John Felder Memorial Park, all connected by a dense system of local roads like Shell Oil Rd and Patterson Rd.
