Monzonite Hills dominate the western portion of this terrain, located within the Ruby B-3 NW quadrangle in interior Alaska. The landscape is defined by the winding course of the Lost River, which meanders across the lower half of the sheet through a series of wetland basins and low-lying drainage channels. This 2019 survey documents the natural hydrography and elevation contours of the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, illustrating the complex water systems that feed into the larger regional basins. The map provides a detailed view of the township and range boundaries including t12s r22e and t13s r23e, showing the administrative grid overlying this remote subarctic environment.
