Sego sits at the heart of this high-desert landscape, located within the branching drainages of the Book Cliffs. This 2023 survey documents the enduring topography of the region, where the Sego Cem and the main settlement area are accessed via Sego Cyn Rd. The area is defined by a complex network of deep incisions including Sego Canyon, Sagers Canyon, and Blaze Canyon, which separate high plateaus like Thompson Bench and Sagers Bench.
