Shoshone National Forest and Bridger National Forest converge at the Continental Divide in this mid-century survey of the high Wind River Range. The landscape is dominated by glacial features and high mountain basins, centered around the significant waters of Christina Lake and the Little Popo Agie River. A complex network of drainage systems is captured here, including the headwaters of the Little Sweetwater River and East Sweetwater River flowing south of the divide, while Silas Creek and Fiddlers Creek feed the Atlantic watershed to the north.
