1952 Map of Goslin Mtn

USGS Topo · Published 1963

About this map

The Green River carves a deep path through the Uinta Mountains in this early 1950s survey of the Utah-Wyoming border. The landscape is defined by the high elevations of Goslin Mountain and Dutch John Mtn, with the northern reaches of the Ashley National Forest blanketing much of the terrain. Near the state line, the Pigeon Basin and Antelope Flat provide relatively level openings among the surrounding canyons and draws.
