The Tolovana River winds through the interior of the Yukon-Koyukuk region, serving as the primary drainage for a complex system of mountain creeks. This 2017 topographic study illustrates a landscape defined by sharp elevation changes and numerous tributaries, including Moose Cr in the northwest and Paystreak Cr to the north. Further south, the terrain is carved by Duncan Cr, McCord Cr, and Miller Cr.
