Meadow sits at the heart of this Terry County landscape, organized around a rigid grid of local thoroughfares and the diagonal path of Lubbock Rd. The town layout includes several family-named streets such as Louis Peeler St and Morehead St, while the Meadow Cem is situated to the northwest of the main residential cluster. Outside the town limits, the terrain is defined by low-lying basins and natural depressions, most notably the wide expanse of Rich Lake and the winding course of Lost Draw to the south.
