Tee Pee City and its surrounding ranch lands are documented here along the Motley and Cottle county line in West Texas. This 2019 survey reflects a landscape defined by seasonal water sources and topographic landmarks essential for navigation and cattle operations. The Middle Pease River flows across the northern reaches, joined by numerous drainages such as Tee Pee Cr and Sand Cr. Evidence of the area's early settlement persists at the Tee Pee City Cem, located west of the namesake settlement. The terrain transitions from the elevations of Bull Pasture Hill and the Red Hills to the expanse of Cooper Flat. Numerous water catchments, including Old Headquarters Tank and Cow Hollow Tank, illustrate the sophisticated water management required in this environment, while Co RD 247 provides the primary transit corridor through the river breaks.
