Tenmile Canyon and the high plateaus of the Uintah and Grand County line dominate this high-desert landscape. The area is defined by a dense network of drainage systems, including Ice Canyon, Kelly Canyon, and Moon Ridge Canyon, which carve through the elevated terrain. These canyons eventually feed into waterways like Willow Cr and Meadow Cr. Human presence is sparse, marked primarily by primitive routes like Cedar Camp and the prominent Ten Mile Overlook (Moon Ridge) situated atop Moon Ridge.
