About this map

The northern reaches of the Bearpaw Mountains dominate this landscape, where high peaks like Baldy Mtn. and Long George Peak overlook a complex network of coulees and ridges. Much of the northern terrain is occupied by the Rocky Boy Indian Reservation, a region marked by isolated summits such as Bailey Peak and Moses Mtn.. This mid-century survey shows a sparsely populated area where human activity is concentrated in small pockets, including the small settlement of Warrick and the high-altitude Silver King Mine.
