The landscape is defined by its complex drainage network, where Le Clerc Creek and its multiple branches—including West Branch and Middle Branch—intersect with the waters of Harvey Creek and Onota Creek. The area’s ruggedness is illustrated by the series of summits including Molybdenite Mountain, Monumental Mtn, and Tillicum Peak, many of which were accessible only by traditional transport methods at the time.
