E Fork Yuki River meanders through the northwest corner of this remote Alaskan interior landscape, providing the primary drainage for the surrounding uplands. Located in the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, the terrain is characterized by a dense network of ridges and drainages that separate the various townships, including t15s r12e and t15s r13e. The topography revealed here demonstrates the transition from the river valley's lower elevations to the more significant peaks found in the southeastern sections of the quadrangle. This 2019 survey represents a modern record of an area without established roads or settlements, where the landscape remains defined by its natural watercourses and the established Public Land Survey System grids.
