Cape Lisburne anchors this coastline of the Chukchi Sea along the northwestern edge of the territory, where the Burnell Hills and Igrarok Hills meet the water. The small settlement of Wevok sits near the shore, accompanied by an Airport at the foot of the bluffs. This 1952 topographic study documents a landscape defined by seasonal drainage patterns, from the northern Igrarok Creek to the southern reach of Alkalugen Creek.
