The southern portion of the map transitions into the sprawling Woodbury Wildlife Area, while the settlement at Tunnel Hill marks the lower elevation near Little Wakatomika Creek. This era captures the region just as local agriculture was increasingly supplemented by state-managed conservation and resource extraction.
